Licensing through CSP
We supply Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium and add-on licences, billed monthly in rand. We'll check which plan each user actually needs, since many offices pay for Standard where Basic would do, or run Basic where Premium's security features would save them trouble.
Migrations
- From Google Workspace, cPanel/IMAP hosting or another Microsoft 365 tenant
- File server or personal OneDrive folders into structured SharePoint sites with proper permissions
- Planned around your working hours, with mail flow and DNS cut over cleanly
Ongoing administration
- Users, licences, shared mailboxes, distribution lists and Teams
- SharePoint and OneDrive structure, sharing policies and storage management
- Entra ID (Azure AD): multi-factor authentication, conditional access, sign-in risk and lockouts
- Email security: SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured so your mail lands and spoofed mail doesn't
- Microsoft 365 backup, because Microsoft's retention is not a backup (see backup and recovery)
Running out of storage?
Tenant storage limits are a common problem as SharePoint fills up. We'll audit what's using the space, clean up versions and duplicates, and price the options (extra storage, a plan change or a different platform) so you can compare them properly.
Common questions
Can I keep my existing Microsoft 365 licences when I move to KVIT?
Yes. Licences can be transferred to us as your CSP partner without any change for your users. Nothing is migrated and no mail is lost.
Which Microsoft 365 plan does a small business need?
It depends on who needs desktop Office apps and how much security control you want. Business Premium adds device management and conditional access, which is worth it for most businesses handling client data under POPIA. We'll recommend per user rather than putting everyone on the same plan.
Is my data backed up in Microsoft 365?
Microsoft keeps your data available, but deleted items and overwritten files are only kept for a limited time. A separate Microsoft 365 backup protects you against accidental deletion, ransomware and departing staff.
