Client information
When we provide IT services, we may have access to personal information held on your systems. We act as an operator on your behalf, process it only to deliver the services you've asked for, and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures, as set out in our service agreement.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to deliver our services (for example Microsoft, backup and security vendors), under appropriate agreements, or where the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to its processing, by emailing info@kvit.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
